Cancellation policy

Standard orders

Most items ship as soon as they're ready and are covered by our Shipping & Return Policy. This cancellation policy applies to pre-orders.

Pre-orders

Some pieces are sold as pre-orders: you pay when you place your order, and the item ships once its run is finished. The expected ship window is noted on the product page.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order. Just email us at hello@thegoodbunnyclub.com with your order number. After that, your pre-order is confirmed.

The one exception is timing. If a pre-order falls well behind its estimated ship window, we'll reach out, and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Once your piece arrives, it's covered by our standard Shipping & Return Policy, including anything that turns up damaged or defective.
