Shipping policy

Every order is packed and shipped by hand from our studio in New York. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

We ship both within the United States and internationally. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and your local postal service, and can run longer during convention seasons and holidays.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We're unable to predict what your country will charge, so please check your local import rules before ordering.
