SHIPPING
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped from New York, New York. Please contact us immediately if you would like to change details of your order. You may change or cancel your order within the first 30 minutes. Orders are final once shipped. The Goodbunny Club is not responsible for lost orders due to addresses entered incorrectly.

Domestic orders: We ship smaller items via First Class mail, and Larger/heavier items via Priority Mail. Expect orders placed in the continental U.S. to arrive within 7-10 business days.

International orders: We shipped internationally via USPS First Class. Please expect orders to arrive within 10-14 business days from ship date. Additional costs such as taxes and customs duty are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you have received an item that is damaged, or your order is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, please let us know through our Contact page, or email: hello@thegoodbunnyclub.com

Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
